Pricing
For all new families joining The Carellective, there is a one-time joining fee of $75 when requesting your first service. This signs you up & ensures you are always prioritised, no matter how last-minute a babysitting or event request may be. It also gives you lifetime access to our entire team of trusted babysitters and nannies — so you can relax knowing you’ll always be looked after with warmth, reliability, and care.
Placement Fee
If you’re looking for an ongoing, consistent Nanny or House Manager, we have a one-time placement fee of $199 (charged only after your Nanny’s first month). This fee covers the time and care we dedicate to finding your perfect match — including sourcing candidates, conducting in-depth interviews, training your nanny through the Carellective style, and finally presenting you with 2–3 beautiful options to meet in person. You’ll have the opportunity to choose the nanny you feel most connected with, ensuring a comfortable, confident, and lasting fit for your family.
At Carellective, we offer a fixed rate of $45 per hour for all babysitting and nannying services, available Monday through Sunday. Our level of care remains consistent, reliable, and of the highest standard — no matter the day or time. This rate is all-inclusive, covering tax and superannuation for your carer, ensuring a seamless and professional service every time.
Public holiday rates are $55 per hour.
At Carellective, our Nanny/House Manager role is a beautifully multifaceted position designed for families who need deeper, more holistic support. This service goes far beyond traditional nannying — your dedicated House Manager will assist with family cooking and meal prep, maintain a clean and organised home environment, run errands, manage laundry, help with family scheduling, and provide personal assistance to parents when life gets busy. They can also join school groups on your behalf, keep up with emails and communications about upcoming child events, and ensure every detail of your household runs smoothly.
This premium level of care typically ranges from $50–$60 per hour, depending on the specifics and complexity of your family’s needs.

Our Home Care & Organisation service is designed to bring harmony back into your most lived-in areas. Our dedicated team thoughtfully steps into your home to thoroughly organise and refresh the spaces that need extra attention. From children’s bedrooms and toy rooms to cupboards, clothing areas, pantries, fridges and more! We carefully tidy, sort, fold, declutter, and reorganise so your home feels functional, clean, and effortlessly reset.
This service is especially treasured by families with young children, where mess builds quickly and time is precious. Our aim is to lift that load — restoring order, creating simple systems, and helping your home feel lighter, fresher, and more harmonious. Whether you need a once-off reset or ongoing weekly support, we’re here to bring structure, calm, and clarity back into your home.
Our Home Care Service pricing is $50 per hour.
Our event rate is $55 per hour for one carer, or a special rate of $100 per hour for two carers.
We generally recommend having two carers for most events, allowing us to delegate roles and deliver a beautifully seamless, stress-free experience for you and your guests. Together, our team takes care of everything — from party set up, serving food and drinks, supervising children, coordinating activities, and maintaining a tidy & clean space to ensure your event runs beautifully from start to finish.
Once your celebration concludes, we handle the entire clean-up and reset, restoring your home or venue to its pre-party condition so you can simply relax and enjoy the memories. With Carellective, every event is managed with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail — ensuring your experience is effortless, elegant, and full of care.
